**Who We’re Looking For**
You don’t need to be an expert in pet travel yet—we’ll teach you What’s most important is a **friendly, mature, and professional attitude**. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in **air cargo or animal transportation**, but it’s not essential. You should also bring:
- A quick-learning mindset and ability to absorb information fast.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- **Attention to detail, even under pressure (Super important)**:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs, including occasional weekend work or during busy periods.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assisting in coordinating pet travel, ensuring all regulations are met.
- Using **CRM tools** to track leads, manage data, and maintain accurate records.
- Delivering **top-notch customer service** through clear communication and creative problem-solving.
- Working closely with **partners** to improve our services and streamline operations.
- Staying informed on **industry regulations and trends** to keep us ahead of the game.

Pay: $26.51 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
