**What is the role about?**
As a
**Recruitment Consultant**, you own all recruitment initiatives across Australia and will have a significant impact in key areas and departments of the business by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with the leadership teams to influence and nurture a culture and brand that attracts and retains the best talent in the market. This role reports to the Chief People Officer.
**This superstar will**:
- Partner with the P&C Team to build and embed HR initiatives that are aligned with Ansarada’s vision, mission and values of Care, Curiosity, Courage and Care.
- Drive employee experience initiatives to grow a Great Places to Work organisation with an engaged and high-performing workforce.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles across APAC, EMEA, & AMER.
- Arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff
- Interviews applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs and assists employers in finding suitable staff.
- Arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities.
- Attend relevant skill-specific events and conferences for networking purposes.
- Developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation
- Coach and advise hiring managers on best HR & recruitment practices.
- Studying and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures.
**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- have the relevant recruitment experience gained from either agency or internal companies
- have solid practical experience working with different HR projects and initiatives that cover all stages of the employee lifecycle
- can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and best practices (knowledge and practice of UK and US employment law and practices will be advantageous but not essential)
- have a good grasp of professional and social media platforms - how to use them for their individual strengths
- poses excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
- have a solid command of sourcing techniques and relevant tools to engage prospective talent
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working within fast-paced, Software/SaaS, high growth companies
- Proven results in high-volume recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design roles are a definite plus.
