**Hunter St. Hospitality (Rockpool Bar & Grill, Saké Restaurant & Bar, Spice Temple, Rosetta) are looking for a Reservations Consultant to join the team.**

**About the Role**

The Reservations Team are the first point of contact for our guests and focuses on working with the operations team to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Assisting our guests with general enquiries and process the end to end restaurant booking
- Updating guest information and assisting them with any booking amendments
- Being passionate about our products and seeking up-selling opportunities
- The role is a full time position, with the roster spanning between 9.00am
- 6.00pm Monday-Saturday

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a reservations or switchboard role is preferred
- A customer service expert that can deliver exceptional service over the phone
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- The professionalism and confidence to resolve or escalate guest complaints
- Previous experience using a restaurant or hotel booking system would be desirable
