**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:
- The Emergency Systems Coordinator works collaborately with the Manager Emergency and Business Continuity to provide Emergency Management functions for Mercy Health. This role is responsible for assisting with Emergency Management administrative functions and the delivery of training and emergency exercises.
- Casual position working Monday-Friday 0830-1700 as required
- Based at Support Services corporate office Richmond Vic, travel to all Mercy Health sites may be required
- Responsible for assisting with implementation of management systems across Mercy Health to ensure staff are able to respond to emergency situations; reveiw documentation including manuals and evacuation maps; work closely with stakeholders to ensure completion of required traning and emergency exercises
- Be part of a team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to the organisation
**ABOUT YOU**:
- _Qualification in Emergency Management or associated discipline highly desirable_
- _Recent Emergency Management experience in health, aged care or home care setting desirable_
- _Cert IV in Training and Assessement (or willing to obtain) essential_
- _ High standard of verbal and written communication skills_
