**About the role**
We are seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic Business Coordinator to join our team, where you will play a key role in supporting Nationwide's CEO and Executive Leadership Team with high level administrative tasks. You will also showcase your creativity and digital skills by supporting internal communications along with content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring that our audience is engaged and informed about our company.

A typical week in this role will see you involved in
- Preparing presentations and reports on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinating Leadership Team meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes, and action items
- Support the Leadership Team to optimise their schedules
- Creating content for our internal and external communications including newsletters, websites and social media
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external service providers, authorities, and other members of the public

**Skills & experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in an administrative support role, ideally providing support to a senior executive.
- Proven ability to be discrete and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience preparing, sending, processing, and tracking invoices
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using a range of social media platforms
