We are currently looking for a customer support specialist with strong communication skills in both verbal and written, great customer service skills, and a passion for TV and entertainment.
About you:
You will be a great customer support specialist. You will be a fast learner to develop strong product knowledge, has strong communication skills, and has experience working in customer support.

- Working with CRM tool and its available functions to record & monitor customer contacts and relevant information.
- Elicit problem details from customers via written communication to ensure the resolution of issues quickly and efficiently.
- Taking ownership of problems or disputes by resolving or completing them to the satisfaction of customers.
- Developing strong product knowledge and working with troubleshooting tools and materials to assist and solve any customer issues.
- Providing input to the preparation, documentation, maintenance and evolution of all customer-facing support information & internal processes, policies, and reporting.
- Assisting with the activities required to support Sales Channels, product testing and fulfillment of Hardware requests.
What we need from you:
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in customer service or support.
- Having excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Having a strong customer service focus and a professional attitude and strong problem-solving.
- Being technically savvy and able to work autonomously.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about TV and streaming entertainment.
- Bonus: if you can speak any other languages.
