We are a multi-award winning artisan gluten-free bakery with our production kitchen in Alexandria as well as two Cafe's (Waverley and CBD). Our very busy HACCP certified bakery trades 7 days a week for take away, online orders, deliveries, catering, wholesale and more. Accredited by Coeliac Australia, our range of innovative premium sweet and savoury products are hand-made with fresh seasonal ingredients. We are looking for a reliable team member to make our doughs in the pastry division.

**Requirements & experience**
- Seeking an energetic team member with at least 1 years experience working in a Bakery or Production kitchen in the pastry area.
- Skilled in preparing dough including puff pastry, shortcurst pastry and sweet shortcrust pastry in large volumes.
- Confident in using mixers to safely and efficiently operate bakery equipment to maximise efficiency and quality of product.
- Operate pie machine to prepare pie pastries and fillings as well as other savoury products.
- Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Work rights for Australia required to allow you to work 38 hours per week unrestricted. We are not able to offer Sponsorship, no student Visas or short term visas, this is a long term ongoing role.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Full-time position working 5 mornings a week Monday to Friday 7am-3pm.
- A team player, capable of communicating, giving and receiving feedback is essential.
- We are looking for someone that is consistent in their approach with a positive attitude and wants to grow with our business long term.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
