**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced National Business Manager to lead the expansion of Komatsu’s construction excavators and mobile crushers throughout Oceania. This role involves boosting sales and market share, spearheading product development initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and engaging with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on competitor activities and market trends, while also working to increase product visibility and awareness.
You will also be tasked with driving strategic business initiatives, developing marketing strategies for new products, analysing stock levels, and ensuring the successful delivery of products nationwide whilst managing relationships with key clients and factories.
**Role Located: Sydney, NSW**

**What we are looking for**:
- ** **Proven experience in a Product management role within the construction industry or similar, with a strong track record of business development and equipment sales.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of the construction market, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, formulate marketing plans and execute effectively, with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM.
