**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu is seeking an experienced individual to join the aftermarket team as the National Digital Sales Manager. The purpose of this role is to drive and grow sales across the mining and construction sectors through digital technology. In this role, you will use technology to reach new customers (account and long tail) and existing customers to transact more online. This also includes:

- Leading the digital sales channel by building awareness and motivation
- Continuing the growth of online sales channels
- Exploring opportunities by leveraging Komatsu's suite of digital platforms to assist digital sales
- Provide an intuitive solution for C2B and B2B customers to help optimise how customers deal with Komatsu online.
- Work collaboratively with various teams, agencies and stakeholders with future build phases to support revenue and business efficiency.

**Role Located**: Flexible

**Roster**:Monday - Friday (Some scheduled IT enhancement outside of standard business hours)

**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing
- Extensive knowledge of general marketing and communications
- Strong understanding and experience in project management
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Ability to create development and business plans
- Commitment to providing customers with the best online experiences

**Desirable**
- Understanding of CMS (Content Management System), preferably Sitecore
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Commerce, Project Management or similar
- Understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Hive or similar
