**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:
The National Home Delivery Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the Last-mile operations through Supply Chain. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the home delivery experience. Your goal will be to lead speed, quality, and cost outcomes for current operations while defining, testing, and implementing the next generation of our home delivery operation. You will support areas such as Supply Chain, Customer Excellence and Retail and lead transformation projects to improve overall customer experience.
This role will be based in Fairfield
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Minimum 5 years operations experience
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers to ensure the services they provide are as per their commitments and aligned with business requirements
- Formal Qualifications in relevant discipline
- Demonstrated ability in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Financial analysis
- End to end knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Strong understanding of WHS obligations
- Experience in leading and coaching teams
