**Role Snapshot**:
As a key player in our business, you'll take on two crucial roles: Salon Leader and 2IC to the Store Leader. You’ll play a vital role in our store and salon's success by:

- Coaching, training and developing the team
- Making sure every client leaves feeling amazing
- Collaborating with the Store Leader to oversee daily operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Certified qualifications in hairdressing
- Leadership or business management experience preferred
