**Role Overview**:
As the Team Leader, you will lead a dynamic team of fundraisers in engaging with potential donors door-to-door. Your primary responsibility will be motivating, training, and guiding your team to achieve fundraising targets and exceed expectations. You will play a pivotal role in representing our organisation, fostering positive relationships with donors, and advocating for the causes we support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise donor engagement and fundraising effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Represent our organisation professionally and ethically, advocating for our mission and values.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fundraising or sales leadership roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
- Passion for making a difference and advocating for charitable causes.

Schedule:
