Your New Company:

The offices are in an office park in Osborne Park, offering a free gym, swimming pool access, EOT, tennis courts, a coffee shop on the premises, etc.
Your New Role:
Responsibilities will include maintaining spreadsheets and completing files and records as needed, assisting with accounts payable and receivable duties, and providing general administrative support to the General Management Team.
As well as this, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing administrative support to management, employees and, in some cases, clients and visitors;
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting letters, and scheduling meetings;
- Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines;
- Organising files in the electronic filing system per projects;
- Handling office duties - ensuring tidiness and stock, facilities management assistance;
- Ordering of office stationery;
- Catering for meetings;
- Booking of meeting rooms/conference rooms;
- Arrange travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations;
- General maintenance of Xero accounting system and monitoring TimePro (user-friendly);
- Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients;
- Monthly tracking of invoicing and invoicing clients at the end of the month, monitoring payment of invoices regularly in Xero.
This is a full-time (38 hours per week) role, with the option to work school hours.
Your Profile:
A talented administration assistant/accounts administrator familiar with working in a dynamic environment. You enjoy what you do, performing at a high level and being part of a vibrant of team.
You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and high accuracy. You will have excellent time management and solid organisational skills, possess the ability to work under pressure, prioritise deadlines and display a professional level of communication, both verbal and written.
As well as this, you will have:
- Have at least 3 to 4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Intermediate bookkeeping skills
- Xero skills
- Full work rights in Australia
