**About Thrive, Picton**
Our **purpose-built Picton centre** operates **Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm**. Licensed for **up to 63 children** aged 6 weeks to 5 years, it offers a modern, welcoming space where both children and educators thrive.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a **fully qualified educator** to join our team in a full time capacity. You’ll have the opportunity to **lead, inspire, and motivate** children, families, and fellow educators while contributing to a **positive learning culture**.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Deliver high-quality practice aligned with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)**:

- Collaborate positively with the team
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers
- Contribute to the educational program through observations, documentation, and active engagement
- **We also have opportunities to join our casual pool**_

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- Current **NSW Employee Working With Children Check**:

- Sound working knowledge of **EYLF & National Quality Standard (NQS)**
