About Thrive, Picton

Our purpose-built Picton centre operates Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm. Licensed for up to 63 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, it offers a modern, welcoming space where both children and educators thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking a fully qualified educator to join our team in a full time capacity. You'll have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and motivate children, families, and fellow educators while contributing to a positive learning culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Deliver high-quality practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Collaborate positively with the team
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers
  • Contribute to the educational program through observations, documentation, and active engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current NSW Employee Working With Children Check
  • Sound working knowledge of EYLF & National Quality Standard (NQS)
