**Your Opportunity**

Midtown Mac Park is a new urban community in Macquarie Park, bringing together residents in a new and inspiring village. Creating a place that is open, inclusive and highly connected - a place where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

The role will support in the allocations of properties across the portfolio and comprehensive front of house and administrative support services to clients and stakeholders and support the daily functions of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide responsive, professional service to our clients to ensure the appropriate allocation practices are followed with high quality customer service
- Ensure all documentation and updated information is available to clients
- Provide phone support and be the point of contact for our clients
- Liaise and link clients to support services and assist them maximize housing opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders
- Manage informal appeals and complaints and actively engage tenants to participate in community programs and initiatives.
- Support the community development team through an integrated service delivery approach

**Requirements for Success**
- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups and understanding of social / community housing sector
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Drivers’ Licence, WWCC
- Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to gain one

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
