We are currently recruiting a permanent full-time position as a Business Support Officer to join our Anglicare at Home Business Support Team. Based at Macquarie Park, the purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the organisation and internal departments/teams.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required.- Arrange training and development and being involved in selection decisions.- Update the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates and contribution to the development of care plans.-
- Control and allocate expenses and funds, balance reconciliations, and keep records, receive payments, manage bookings and enquiries, and comply with audit requirements.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
- Administrative training qualification.- Customer service and/or business administration experience.- Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar.
