Our client, a busy 3rd party logistics company, based in Melbourne's Western suburbs, is seeking logistics administrators to join their growing team. Ongoing Mon - Fri opportunity, with an immediate start. **Duties will include, but not limited to**: - Co-ordination of** **shipping documentation & liaising with transport operators - General administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing shipping documentation, despatch labelling - This role is an all rounder position and you may be required to assist with picking orders in the warehouse when required._ **To be successful in this role you must have**: - An understanding of warehousing operations, logistics or supply chain experience - Strong administration and organisational skills & ability to multi task - Experience in using WMS & strong computer literacy - Fulltime availability to work Mon-Fri ongoing - Car & license to get to and from work - A team orientated approach and "can do attitude" - Strong written and verbal communication **What's on offer**: - Ongoing roster with potential for permanent opportunities - Competitive hourly rate - Ongoing, fulltime roster If the above role ticks all your boxes and you are available to start immediately, please click on APPLY NOW or contact our Laverton office on 03 9360 9722 for a private and confidential discussion.
