About the role:
As part of the Erskine Park Logistics department, this role reports to the Customer Service Manager, delivering excellent customer service to our luxury fashion client, administrating operations, monitoring KPIs and identifying and implementing solutions to improve processes.
What you will be doing:
- Customer service support
- Process customer orders
- Liaise with customers to resolve orders or shipments related issues
- Support in key customer projects
- Ensure all activities are managed according to agreed upon lead times
- Change management
- Work with on-site Solutions team to develop and implement improvements to current processes
- Achieve & maintain consistent KPI whilst making suggestions for improvements
- Make recommendations to resolve the causes of service failures
- Reporting
- Assist to develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) for processes on-site
- Capture and update all KPI measurements
**Requirements**:
Essential:
- Significant experience in Operations/3PL environment with high volume activity at the unit level
- Logistics and Supply chain knowledge
- Strong administrative skills
Desirable:
- Previous customer service experience in luxury fashion will be an added advantage
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Capable of multitasking and working as a team
