**Your new role**
You will act as a source of expertise on testing for Transformation and have a thorough understanding of the importance of testing as well as be responsible for advising on best practice.
You will Support, plan and coordinate UAT and develop, contribute, and promote testing processes.
You will also analyse defects and collect diagnostic information. Work in collaboration with the project management and agile teams to produce/refine epics, stories, tasks, and iterations.
You will develop, contribute, and promote testing processes, Test Integrity from Requirements to Deployment, Requirements Traceability, Continuous Improvement, Test Planning
and create and track test cases, user stories, and defects throughout the software development lifecycle, through design, build, and testing in an Agile environment.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst in a similar role
- Experience in Microsoft suite (Office 365, Dynamic 365, Azure DevOps TP) and/or CRM (Salesforce, etc.) is desirable
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Agile/SCRUM, and Waterfall approaches to delivering software.
- Experience using test management tools such as Jira, Confluence and demonstrate hands-on experience with defect management tools
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in both verbal and written communications
- The ability to work within, and contribute to, a team environment and build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, users and colleagues within the wider project team
- The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload to meet deadlines
Education/ Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certified Tester is preferable
- CRM Admin certification
- Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle etc is preferable
- Any Scrum certifications is desirable
