About the role
Coordinate BEMS maintenance activities ensuring all relevant statutory and safety requirements for building and engineering functions are met including the continuity of essential, legislative, and programmed services.
Lead, manage and coordinate the multi-disciplined building trades, contractors and grounds and gardens maintenance resources/activities of the BEMS Department, to ensure reliable, efficient and effective building engineering and maintenance services.
