You will be responsible for supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, in line with clients' expectations, in an open competitive market environment. You will lead the current services, understanding the disability landscape, seeking to grow and expand the services to meet the population needs. The role will need to work across the care continuum, including within Monash Health's bed-based environment.

To be successful in this role you will have significant skills and experience in the disability sector. Keen to take on a leadership role as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that is building this innovative service.
