**About the role**:
In this position, you will be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of end-user systems, focusing on enhancing capabilities and providing essential support to the service desk for technical issue resolution. This role involves troubleshooting significant matters and collaborating with stakeholders to develop business requirements for IT solutions. Additionally, you will validate functional and non-functional requirements to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enhance end-user systems in line with architecture principles, business needs, and client requirements.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets, ensuring optimal contribution to IT services.
- Identify and mitigate risks to end-user system performance, security, and continuity.
- Contribute to technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize the operational environment.
- Develop tools for delivering approved software to desktop systems.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge about solutions and services.
- Monitor and report on end-user system development and operation.
- Execute changes remotely using the IT Change Control process.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Tertiary qualification in an Information Technology-related field or equivalent experience in a medium-sized corporate environment.
- Proven experience in developing, delivering, administering, and maintaining end-user systems.
- Operational knowledge and expertise in the field of end-user systems.
- Holistic thinking and action to develop and maintain end-user systems within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and general Microsoft 365 administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM).
- Strong knowledge and experience in system administration.
- Automation skills using scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft local Active Directory and Group Policy.
