About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging people leadership role that requires enthusiasm, dedication and determination to achieve success. You will need to be hands on across all aspects of our retail stores, lead by example and play an integral part of taking Bras N Things to the next level. This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for Senior Area Manager looking for their next step into a State Role.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coaching and Developing your Area Management team, continually guiding them to achieve results and succeed within their roles through providing feedback, encouragement and recognition
- Accountability for the achievement of Sales, KPI and Contribution targets
- Ensure the Team are living and breathing our Vision and Culture
- Delivering on Customer Satisfaction and Perfect Service through making it 'About Her, Always'
- The ability to identify and recruit effective senior teams
- Ensure stock management, data integrity and loss prevention procedures are followed
- Maximise sales by through ensuring high Visual Merchandising standards

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Extensive and proven success in, leading, developing and motivating retail teams
- Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
- At least 3-5 years' experience as an Area Manager with demonstrated success with a large independent retailer
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
- Strategic approach, with strong commercial awareness and proven track record for achieving results, committing to targets and KPIs
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Effective and clear communication skills that foster collaboration

- Ability to build strong relatioships with Support Office Strakeholders
