E-Commerce Coordinator | Bras N Things | Pyrmont, Sydney
We have an exciting opportunity available for a talented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our fabulous online team

What's the role?
- Manage all content for online stores including CMS pages, CLP pages, product pages, navigation, checkout upsell and any other content to support promotional plans and business objectives
- Build EDM creative and HTML content to support the promotional plan
- Maintain all site HTML and ensure SEO specific copy writing
- Work together with Digital Marketing Specialist to collaborate, strategise, plan and execute Brand campaigns across online and digital channels.
- Manage online promotion strategies, including the set up and testing of consumer promotions prior to going live.
- Develop & maintain reporting that helps improve site content performance and placement and continues to drive conversion rates and sales while encouraging data-driven decision making
- Enable, manage and troubleshoot online customer services including Click and Collect, Ship from Store and new service offerings as they arrive.

What experience you can bring to us?
- You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar E-Commerce or Content role
- Ideally experience utilizing CMS systems (Magento2 experience highly desirable)
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills - comfortable with V Look Ups & Pivot tables
- You enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment and are renowned for your strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A passion for the fashion industry and pursuing a career in online trading
