QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR | PYRMONT | BRAS N THINGS
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator on a 12 month maternity cover. This role will see you manage all aspects of quality assurance, and ensuring all products comply with our brand, legal, safety and end customer quality requirements.
What will I be doing?
- Ensure all quality policies and manuals are updated and in line with current legislation & brand values
- Provide Product technical support and legal advice
- Provide compliant standards & safety standards for local/ international markets
- Ensure all products meet appropriate legal, quality and safety standards
- Approve labelling & packaging artwork callouts
- Identification of styles during development process which may be a potential risk
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with internal teams/ suppliers to implement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, retailer QA departments and testing houses
- Work with the customer service team to resolve consumer queries/ concerns
- Regular store/ DC visits as & when needed

What experience do I have?
- Minimum 5 years' experience in garment quality role. Preferably with experience in intimates.
- Strong knowledge of fabric/ garment testing
- Tertiary qualifications in têxtile / garment construction
- Labelling and packaging basic knowledge
- Product safety/ compliance knowledge
