We’re now looking for a Data & Strategy Lead to join our team. Could it be you?

**Job Description/Objectives**
- Build alternative solutions to Sparro’s current data pipeline, ensuring effective migration to Google BigQuery
- Effective usage and maintenance of Sparro’s data warehouse within Google BigQuery to power reporting,
- Ad-hoc modelling and analysis
- Develop and manage execution of strategy within client account teams
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, increasing adoption of data-first
- Strategy and projects across the agency
- Build and develop specialised teams, with goal for team to prioritise their own workload and act as decentralised
- Data resource to other teams
- Influence and empower 9

**Responsibilities**
- Coach, manage and mentor Sparro’s Data Team in their day-to-day execution, ensuring all projects are within time and prioritise accordingly
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise and manage workload of the team
- Engage external teams within the agency to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Upskilling and coaching data and account teams, facilitating build out of new products and services
- Lead and manage data activities including scoping, estimation, implementation and maintenance.
- Engage external clients to enhance strategy and identify opportunities
- Act as hands-on support where teams require

**Performance Measurement**
- The performance of the Data & Strategy Lead will be determined based on their ability to:

- Productise data, analytics and measurement initiatives for adoption by the wider business
- Continuously standardise and seek efficiencies within internal Sparro processes, through automation
- Provide data-driven solutions to all Sparro clients through
- Develop portfolio of Sparro’s data offerings through effective knowledge sharing and training, mentoring and leading staff at all levels
- Looks for opportunities to increase revenue from all Sparro clients through workshopping data solutions
- Effectively manage resources within both data and account teams to facilitate innovation of new products
- Seek to build partnerships with external parties to aid in execution of strategy across key clients
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.

- Estimated salary of $110,000 - $135,000 annually + superannuation. _

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Haymarket, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
