**About Settld**
As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a world-class Head of Customer Success & Operations to lead the charge in delivering exceptional client outcomes while building the operational backbone of our growing business.
**The Opportunity**
This is not your average customer success role. At Settld, you’ll sit at the heart of the business—owning both customer success and operations. You’ll work directly with property developers, agents financiers, and buyers while building out the processes, team, and tools that will power Settld’s next stage of growth.
This is a leadership role with room to grow into a Director or COO-level position as the company scales.
**What You’ll Do**
Lead Customer Success:
- Own client onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction for developer and financier partners.
- Ensure every buyer journey through Settld is seamless, trusted, and celebrated.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner.
Drive Operational Excellence:
- Design, implement, and refine processes that make Settld efficient and scalable.
- Oversee platform operations, compliance, and reporting with a laser focus on accuracy.
- Partner with product and tech teams to evolve the platform based on client insights.
Build & Lead a High-Performance Team:
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of customer success managers and ops specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
Be a Strategic Growth Partner
- Translate customer needs into product improvements and service innovations.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership, helping shape company strategy.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the client base.
**About You**
You’re a builder, leader, and operator —someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in delivering outcomes that delight customers and scale businesses.
- 3+ years in customer success, operations, or consulting, ideally in proptech, SaaS, fintech, or real estate.
- Proven track record of leading client relationships at senior levels (C-Suite/Board).
- Strong operational mindset—you know how to turn chaos into clarity.
- Exceptional communicator with high EQ; able to influence and inspire across teams.
- Data-driven decision maker; comfortable with reporting, analytics, and KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you love building things from the ground up.
