- **Role**: Personal Assistant & Administration Coordinator

- **Location**: West Perth
- **Salary**: $80k package (depending on experience)

**About the role**:

- Provide a high level of support to the exectuve team
- Diary and inbox management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Create correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction
- Process expenses, invoices, reporting, communicate budgets and ad hoc financial administration
- Managing projects
- Collaborate and assist with office and event management.

**To be successful**
- At least 2+ years experience in administration (ideally in professional services)
- Degree qualified in business/administration or finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to respond to urgent requests and meet deadlines
