We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Events Service Manager** to lead our dynamic operations team and ensure the flawless delivery of premium events across our iconic venue.

**The role**

As the most senior operational leader on the floor, the** Events Service Manager**is responsible for the successful delivery of all events and conferences. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver five-star service, manage logistics, and ensure every detail aligns with Crown’s exceptional standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the events operations team to deliver exceptional service across corporate, social, and internal events.
- Oversee event logistics, staffing, floor plans, and service delivery to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Crown policies, safety standards, and relevant legislation.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior event operations role, preferably within a high-end hospitality or upscale service environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Strong operational knowledge of food & beverage service and event planning.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management - desirable
- NSW RSA Certificate
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
