Managed Accounts is a business within the Platforms & Investments division of BT. We provide a range of portfolio management solutions to clients including HNWIs, companies, trusts, SMSFs and charities, many of whom have been clients with us for over 25 years.
- This is a 9 month max term contract role. _
**How will I help?**
Reporting to the National Product Manager as a Client Services Manager, you will sit within the BT Managed Investment Solutions team and support the wider Managed Accounts business through customer service support, operational and administration support, and u ndertaking client service activities which provide support to the National Product Manager and Portfolio Managers.
This is a hands-on role that will suit an adaptable, organised team player with resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic attitude, who is able to prioritise appropriately under different managers.
You will be involved in:
- Processing account administration tasks and requests
- Responding to customer, planner and portfolio manager requests
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and information as required
- Identification and preparation of client presentation material for visits by Portfolio Managers
- Preparation of proposed activity on Corporate actions
- Reviewing / signing off remittances and contributions in Portfolio Manager's absence
**What do I need?**
- Proven communication and relationship management skills
- Effectively manage tasks and leverage resources
- Strong experience in client facing role ie Bank Teller/Customer Service Office or experience working in a Branch/Retail Bank
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
