The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level secretarial and administration support to the Regional Managing Director of Weir Minerals APAC. This will assist in the development of agreed strategic and business objectives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the RMD’s workflow approvals for travel, capex, employment requisitions, pay authorisations, gifts and hospitality, annual leave, expenses, credit notes, and purchase orders.- Act as the principal contact point for internal and external stakeholders.- Manage confidential and sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion.- Alert the RMD to matters requiring immediate attention and escalate those issues in their absence, in conjunction with senior staff.- Correspondence on behalf of the RMD, including company-wide notices.- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a similar level.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Proven experience in managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
