We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective customers from our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane.

You will discuss the impact Simpro is able to bring to customers, with the aim of booking product demonstrations between the prospect and the Account Executives and/or Business Development Managers.

This is an **Brisbane-based** role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**
- Book product demonstrations between Simpro and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives / BDMs to successfully attain the partnership
- Assist with closing the deal via detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities
- Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to effectively communicate the value and areas of opportunities that Simpro products provide
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting outbound opportunities
- Update client information records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing
- Increase the sales pipeline through demand generation, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline development quota
- Execute personal campaigns, activities and processes to build, nurture a pipeline of prospects - ensuring a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and closure
- Achieve and exceed daily KPI’s and monthly quota.

**What You'll Bring**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar sales and/or lead generation role
- Professional attitude with a consultative approach to sales
- A background within sales in the Trades/Trades-related industry would be advantageous
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to learn a comprehensive software platform
- Excellent communication skills able to build strong customer
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently hit sales targets
- An eagerness to contribute to a positive office culture
- Working knowledge of the Google Suite of products, Salesforce, Gong.
