Looking for a role where you can proactively assist a Delivery team, to deliver a full Remediation Programme in a timely manner and within budget?

Our Programme Coordinator position will contribute to the successful completion by providing programme coordination, administration, and reporting. Our new coordinator will provide input to the overall coordination, execution, control and completion of specific project tasks, ensuring consistency with the relevant RACQ processes and procedures.

Please note this is a fixed term contract of 12 months with a potential extension possible.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in project planning and coordination, including meeting booking, venue arrangements, equipment usage etc.
- Measure and track project expenditure using financial workbooks.
- Record accurate and meaningful meeting minutes and establish/maintain project registers (action/decision) including pro-active follow-up.
- Assist with the definition and measurement of progression towards remediation targets
- Coordinate the collation of information around Remediation, providing a single source of information, reporting and metrics to stakeholders and governance groups.
- Partake proactively in any relevant RACQ building and sharing of project/programme coordination/management expertise.

Key skills & experience;
- Demonstrated experience/success working within a project team environment and with Senior Managers/Executives.
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including strong MS Excel and MS Project skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documents, reports, minutes and presentations.
- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather, compile, analyse and interpret information
- Developed time management skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as the ability to meet timelines in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Developed communication and high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and consult with (and manage) internal and external stakeholders.
