**About the role**:
An opportunity for a Head of Marketing Transformation has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand, Digital & Media team. Joining us at an exciting time of change, you’ll drive digital transformation and create a connected customer experience for one of Australia’s biggest brands.

**What you'll be doing**:
Reporting to our General Manager - Brand, Digital & Media, you’ll be empowered to lead and drive Coles’ Marketing transformation strategy focusing on digital and data, to deliver a step change in our marketing approach.

**You’ll also**:

- Work with stakeholders to define the vision, direction and ecosystem that underpins the strategy
- Define the omni-channel personalisation vision, strategy, and roadmap leveraging flybuys data and Coles’ data assets
- Own major customer data projects to prepare us for industry shifts and capture 1st party data
- Align priorities and programs of work that drive the delivery of the digital and data strategy
- Influence and drive change that inspires others to deliver on the transformation agenda.

**What you bring**:
With tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Commerce, you’re a stakeholder management superstar who can drive change, build, and deliver a business case and roll out initiatives within a large complex environment.

Coming from a retailer / digital tech consulting background you have significant experience in marketing, digital and data and have worked extensively with large data sets and audiences.

**You’ll also need**:

- Deep knowledge and experience in MarTech
- Demonstrable experience leading large and complex transformation agendas within marketing and/or across broader enterprise
- Strong experience driving change through influence, engagement, and collaboration
- The ability to make the complex simple.
