**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Research**: Conduct user research interviews & qualitative research
- ** Workshops**:Plan and lead the facilitation of workshops
- ** Develop**:User journeys, personas, and other project artefacts
- ** Educate**: Contribute to building capability and improving & upskilling team members
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in preparing a range of written materials
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
