**About the Role**
Are you a people person who gets tech? Love making a great first impression and setting people up for success? Join Rezdy, the world’s leading booking software for tour and activity operators, as our next Onboarding Specialist.
You’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide helping new customers hit the ground running with our platform. From setting up their accounts to integrating widgets and connecting them with global resellers, you’ll make their onboarding journey seamless, empowering them to go live and see real results quickly. If you’re all about delivering high-quality experiences and staying laser-focused on KPIs, we want to hear from you.
**What you will do**
- Own and manage a high volume of new customer onboardings from start to go-live.
Configure customer accounts with precision and care.
- Guide website integration and help customers connect with key distribution partners.
- Run onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and tailored training sessions.
- Meet SLAs and KPIs by keeping onboarding timelines tight and customers happy.
- Proactively flag roadblocks and collaborate to get them cleared.
- Use tools like HubSpot to track activity, manage onboarding stages, and keep records tidy.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create a smooth transition from signup to success.
- Contribute to onboarding process improvements because we’re always levelling up.
**What Success Looks Like**
- In your first 3-6 months, success means:
- Manage your own pipeline of onboardings, hitting SLA and KPI targets with
- consistency.
- Received great feedback from new customers about your training and support.
- Confidently handled HTML widget setups and platform configurations.
- Become a go-to onboarding expert on our tools, systems, and customer needs.
- Contributed ideas to help us refine and improve the onboarding experience.
**What we are looking for**
- 2-3 years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, customer support, or implementation.
- A confident communicator who’s comfortable leading customer calls and
- presentations.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Technical know-how, including basic HTML (bonus points if you’ve worked with
- booking or eComm widgets before).
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is our tool of choice).
- A customer-first mindset with a knack for solving problems and keeping things
- moving.
