Hatch is supporting Employment Hero to find a great Payroll Onboarding Specialist to join their Sales and Customer Success team. **About the role at Employment Hero**

Our Customer Experience Delivery teams are responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with customers and partners, and our Partner Onboarding Specialists are responsible for working with a range of diverse partners to teach them how to implement the payroll platform for their customers. As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will be a primary contact point for partners during their onboarding to ensure they understand the platform's payroll functionality and how to make it work for their clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
