**OVERVIEW **OF THE ROLE**

We are looking for a talented Partner Onboarding Specialist to recruit, train and onboard housekeeping partners with a focus to deliver quality service through engaging and securing the best-performing housekeeping businesses available in the market. You will report directly to the Senior Partner Manager and work together to achieve our overall business vision. This is a great opportunity to be hands-on and part of a rapidly growing company.

**KEY AREAS OF **RESPONSIBILITY**
- Expand our housekeeping partner portfolio across Australia - source and generate housekeeping leads through both inbound and outbound channels such as Facebook, Google & more.
- Vet and screen prospective housekeeping partners through calls, online meetings and/or in-person.
- Conduct orientation and introduction sessions to educate partners on the benefits of partnering with MadeComfy.
- Build trusting relationships with prospective housekeeping partners.
- Provide excellent and consistent account management to build rapport, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Conduct in-service training sessions to outline and reinstate our housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Conduct partner retraining sessions to address areas of improvement and overall cleaning quality and performance.
- Monitor and benchmark partner performance KPIs.
- Work closely with different departments to identify and achieve weekly onboarding targets.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 6 months experience in account management, sales, consulting or a similar role, ideally with experience in a fast-growing housekeeping or maintenance business.
- Experience in using excel and understanding data sets.
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptionally organised.
- A passion for building long-term business relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Previous experience presenting.
- An aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
- A goal-driven attitude, you strive to be the best in your field.
- A dynamic and smart hard worker with a passion and energy to drive new ideas and deliver excellent results.
- A background in housekeeping, online cleaning platforms or short-term rental management would be a plus.
- The desire to join a rapidly growing industry leader.
