**Burger Urge Marketing Manager**

Burger Urge (BU) kicked off 16 years ago with a mission to reclaim the burger We firmly believe in crafting burgers the way they were meant to be, using top-notch local ingredients, and creating delicious and environmentally sustainable recipes.

We take great pride in serving up seriously fantastic burgers and ensuring that our guests have an absolute blast while savouring every bite.

Burger Urge is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who excels at driving financial outcomes through innovative marketing strategies within the fast-paced food and retail industry. If you are a marketing enthusiast with a strong track record in leading successful marketing initiatives, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of the marketing fund & reporting on both financial & non-financial campaign performance through execution management of new product development, national campaigns, and contributing to the successful launch of new venues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Budget formation and management
- Cost management per budgeted projects
- ROI, performance & cost reporting of campaigns
- Execute marketing projects
- Management of the national marketing calendar
- Execute national campaigns
- Manage and execute new menu rollouts
- Oversee local area marketing initiatives
- Ensure stakeholders are provided with timely updates on project progress

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector
- Proven experience of marketing budget management
- An energetic and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
- The confidence to manage deadlines and team members
- Proven ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms (desirable)
- A tertiary education and qualification in Marketing or Communications
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- A driver's license and access to your own transportation (desirable)
