**Burger Urge Marketing Manager**

For too long the burger has been bastardised by corporate fat-cats, cutting corners, and serving us all a mediocre product. We’re taking burgers back. We believe in making burgers the way they should bedelicious, considered, saucy, craved. At Burger Urge we pride ourselves on producing the best creative in our category, we need a creative and process driven Marketing Manager to help bring this to market

**The role**
- Execute marketing projects
- Develop the national marketing calendar
- Executing national campaigns
- Manage and execute new menu rollouts
- Managing and execute local area marketing initiatives
- Organising and facilitating our national events calendar
- Budget formation and management
- Management of Digital marketing and creative internal and external agencies
- Ensure stakeholders are provided with timely and relevant updates on the progress of milestones and deliverables across key projects

**Who are you?**
- 5+ years’ experience working within a marketing team, preferably in a hospitality or retail brand
- Energetic
- Outgoing and friendly persona with sensational interpersonal skills
- Willingness and confidence to manage deadlines and team members
- Proven ability to develop effective, long-lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms (desirable)
- Tertiary education and qualification in Marketing or Communications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high performing team
- Driver’s license and own transport (desirable).
