About the Role

EddenRose Community Services is expanding our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and seeking an experienced **Referral Partnerships Manager** to drive participant growth. This role focuses on building and managing referral pathways with hospitals, allied health professionals, discharge planners, social workers, plan managers, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships to generate SIL opportunities.
- Identify and convert participant referrals into SIL placements.
- Represent EddenRose at networking events, forums, and provider connection sessions.
- Work with our Support Coordination and SIL teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

About You
- Proven experience in **NDIS business development, partnerships, or client engagement**.
- Strong networks in the health, disability, or community sectors.
- Knowledge of **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** pathways.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
