Loyalty & CRM Specialist (13 month contract)

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Loyalty & CRM Specialist to join our Customer & Strategy team. Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-driven strategies.

You’ll manage CRM platforms, design and execute targeted campaigns, and optimise loyalty programs across our consumer brands. This role is all about creating personalised experiences that connect with our customers and deliver real commercial outcomes.

- Build and execute CRM campaigns that drive loyalty, satisfaction, and retention

- Use data and insights to personalise customer journeys and improve engagement

- Manage audience segmentation and campaign planning across multiple brands

- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Service, IT) and external partners (Retailers) to align CRM initiatives

- Support strategic projects and contribute to broader marketing and commercial goals

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

You’re a CRM pro who knows how to turn data into action. You’re curious, analytical, and love creating experiences that matter. You’ll need:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Skills in HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices

- Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset

- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business

Bonus points if you’ve worked on loyalty programs or customer experience strategies
