Our client is a global organisation that partners with organisations in the financial market to deliver services, solutions and technology platforms that enhance the user experience.
They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This role offers work-from-home flexibility (with the initial training period being in the office located at Docklands). This is a full-time role; hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Initially employed on a 3 Month Full-Time Contract, however there is potential for the role to be extended much longer.
This role is responsible for providing quality administration services to Superannuation funds, their members, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**:
- Processing of all operational administration
- Providing superior service to Funds, members and other stakeholders
- Adherence to agreed service and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and area specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business
- Review of work to maintain high quality standards
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
- Actively participating as a member of the team providing support to other areas of the business as required
- Supporting your leaders and colleagues in delivering results, and working closely with your immediate team and within the broader Group
**Experience & Personal Attributes**:
- Previous administration experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- Previous experience in processing high volumes of data
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality
- Demonstrated positive attitude towards learning new skills
