BCV Financial Solutions is an integrated financial services firm (Accounting, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Insurance) dedicated to providing professional services to a range of SMEs, individuals and self-managed superannuation funds.

Located in Frankston we are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Client Services Assistant to join our Financial Planning team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager and working closely with the firm's other administrative staff, the ideal candidate will be highly organised, personable, and willing to learn. You'll be comfortable interacting with clients, confident using technology, and eager to support a team in a busy professional environment.

About the Role

You'll be an integral part of our client services team, helping us deliver efficient and compliant advice while providing a warm, professional experience for our clients. Day to day, you'll:

  • Support our team with admin and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties.
  • Keep our client database accurate and up to date.
  • Assist clients with queries over phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure everything we do meets compliance standards.

You're someone who takes pride in doing things well, enjoys learning, and isn't afraid to ask questions. You're organised but flexible, professional but friendly. Most importantly, you care about people - both your teammates and our clients. You'll have:

  • Strong admin and computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must).
  • Attention to detail, great time management, and a proactive attitude.
  • A team player who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Friendly, approachable, and client-focused.
  • Prior experience with XPlan is an advantage (but not essential).
