To continue the success of Mercedes-Benz Service Department, we are now recruiting a Service Advisor for this award-winning prestige dealership.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standards
- Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
- Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
- Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
- Be a team player liaising with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles will be ready on time.
- This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify what our customers want and need.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a prestige brand
- Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5 star service
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Current VIC Driver's license
- Eagerness to learn and upskill
