We’re looking for a Customer Success Professional to join the Rita team. Rita is Cotality’s AI-powered assistant for real estate agents, helping customers unlock value from their CRM and drive better performance. This role is about building strong relationships with our real estate clients, helping them embed Rita into their workflows, and ensuring they see real results. You’ll be part of a close-knit Customer Success team that’s focused on driving impact and long-term client success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting real estate customers to get the most value out of the Rita platform.
- Building relationships with key users and business owners to ensure long-term success and retention.
- Advising on best practice use of CRM data and workflows to improve productivity.
- Re-engaging customers who aren’t seeing value and helping them re-adopt Rita.
- Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting growth across your portfolio.
- Collaborating with our Activations team to ensure smooth handover from onboarding.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate change and adopt new ways of working.
- Sharing feedback and insights with the wider team to help us continuously improve.
**Job Qualifications**:
What you will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and how CRM systems are used in day-to-day operations.
- Confident working with customer data and drawing insights to support client conversations.
- Excellent communication skills - written, phone, video and face-to-face.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives on solving problems.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a structured and proactive way.
