**What’s the role?**

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, confident, and ready to make things happen:

- You’ve got a strong grip on commercial lending and complex deal structuring.
- You’re a natural relationship builder with a solid network and a sharp eye for growth.
- You know your way around credit, cashflow, and balance sheets.
- You’re energised by business development and love bringing new customers into the fold.
- You’re a team player who thrives on collaboration and momentum.
