At Betfair, we are on the lookout for an **Affiliate & Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our expanding Marketing Team.

The best of both worlds really

**A normal day in the life of the Affiliate & Digital Marketing Specialist includes**:

- Oversee day to day account management of existing partners, including contracts, tracking links implementations, monitoring traffic / customer quality, campaigns, performance analysis and billing.
- Utilise Netrefer (affiliates partnership platform), to set up new accounts, understand partner performance and manage delivery of ad creative and links.
- Collaborate with the creative & content team to create optimised copy, ads and landing pages for partners.
- Proactively connect with prospective partners and win new affiliate partners.
- Provide data-driven performance feedback and actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Betfair Content and Customer teams to support initiatives to grow affiliates from their clients and partners.
- Stay on top of sports, wagering and digital trends, competitors, and affiliate industry best practices.
- Work closely with Betfair finance, legal and risk teams, to ensure adherence to promotion of wagering codes and other regulation.
- Support the paid media team on reporting and insights tasks as well as integrated campaign planning.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to assist with other marketing activities as required.

**Requirements**:
**But there is a catch To be in the running for this great role, you should have**:

- A passion for digital marketing and affiliates.
- Previous experience in a similar role (digital marketing, new business/account management).
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business and/or Advertising.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Great interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal teams and clients effectively.
- Understanding of digital media, analytics and a passion for driving growth through digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of Racing, Sport, and the wagering industry (a bonus, but not essential).
