Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as the **Regional Training Coach** for our **NIKE **stores in **Victoria & New Zealand.**

**Your key responsibilities will include however are not limited to**:

- Support of the Regional Manager & Area Managers with regional co-ordination and delivery of physical and digital learning experiences aligned to RPG business priorities and the Nike brand.
- Store visitation as required by Regional Manager to support delivery of Ultimate Customer Experience.
- Ensure effective and on time induction is taking place for new starters within region.
- Provide store Leaders across the region with updates on learning experience priorities relevant to their specific stores.
- Work in collaboration with the Training and Internal Communications Specialist with the day-to-day management of any Learning Management Systems (LMS) the business implements.
- Contribute to the planning and provision of the RPG Learning & Development calendar, aligned to key business priorities and initiatives.
- Store visitation as required by Regional Manager to support delivery of Ultimate Customer Experience and operational excellence.

**To be successful in this role you have**:

- Experience in retail management.
- A strong passion for Learning and Development to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.
- Proven ability to train and engage our store team.
- Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans.
- Comprehensive coaching skills with a motivational and inspirational management style.
- Extensive experience in succession planning.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task/prioritise daily work.
